Atlas Moth, Southern Birdwing, Kaisar-i-Hind, Malabar Tree Nymph, Common Bluebottle, Krishna Pea cock, Crimson Rose, Malabar Banded Swallow, Bhutan Glory, Blue Gem, Mormon Peacock Pancy are some among them. The name of butterfly shown in the picture is Southern Birdwing. Several major species of Butter flies have vanished as a result of the the flourishing illegal wild life trade in India and their disappearance is not taken seriously.
